IVECO exchange programme
Replacement engines are based on quality standards that are as high as new original parts, but are much more cost effective. We supply the motors after a stress test on the engine brake and with a 12 month warranty.
COMPLETE ENGINES
The installation time is 70% shorter compared to an overhaul outside the chassis frame.
We offer the following ranges:
- SOFIM 8140 & F1A, F1C (LIGHT)
- TECTOR F4A (MEDIUM)
- CURSOR F2, F3 (HEAVY)
The complete interchangeable engine is fitted with fuel injection and turbocharger. Electrical accessories such as alternator, starter and engine cable are not included.
LONGBLOKS
Installation time is 40-50% shorter compared to repairing outside the chassis frame. Longblocks are supplied with a 12-month warranty.
We offer the following ranges:
- SOFIM 8140 & F1A, F1C (LIGHT)
- TECTOR F4A (MEDIUM)
- CURSOR F2, F3 (HEAVY)
Longblock is not equipped with injection, turbocharger and electrical components. The oil pan, complete block with crankshaft, pistons, connecting rods, and cylinder head are always included. Other parts, such as camshafts, water and oil pumps, or timing are specified in the offer according to the specific engine type.
