Returns

Fill out and submit the form below. If the goods meet the conditions listed below, you will receive a guide from us by email to be included with the goods.

The supplier accepts the return of purchased goods only under the following conditions:

• the goods are complete, clean and without signs of use or assembly
• the packaging is original, undamaged, complete and clean
• the returned goods include a completed guide
• goods can be returned within 10 days from the date of sale without further penalty, in case of later return a fee of 20% of the invoice price is charged

The cost of shipping when returning the goods back is paid by the buyer.

The Supplier reserves the right not to accept returned goods, in particular when:

• was delivered by special order
• the goods or part of the returned goods come from a special event or sale
• if the supplier's price has changed significantly
• the return period has exceeded 60 days from the date of sale
